Day 9, Boise, ID 7-5-2009

It turned out to be a very long day in which I finally ended up in Boise at 7:30pm in 98 degree temperatures.

Along the way from northern Idaho I did see some beautiful country. Check out the White Bird Battlefield Monument along HWY 95 in central Idaho.

    So Doug, what was the total mileage for this trip?
    I hope to do some USA/CA touring sometime. BMW RxxxxT would be ideal -- or maybe a hawg to blend in with the locals? :)
    Meanwhile, I'm enjoying my semi-vintage GSX750ESE and going for the occasional mid-distance blat around Auckland :)

    I did about 5,000 miles that year, Rogga.

    Any bike is good, as long as you're on it going somewhere nice.
